Lynden Noakes is the Aquatics Manager for Community Leisure Management (CLM) and has worked in the aquatics industry for 28 years. Beginning his career as a lifeguard, he progressed through roles as a Lifeguard Supervisor and Aquatic Coordinator before managing both Freyberg Community Pool and the Lido Aquatic Centre in Palmerston North. Lynden has also undertaken international aquatic work in Saudi Arabia with the Saudi Arabian Swimming Federation and CLM. He is an Accredited Recreation Professional, qualified water treatment professional, and lifeguard assessor, with extensive experience in aquatic operations, staff development, training, compliance, facility assessments, and continuous improvement.
