Kate Rossiter

Kairuruku Kaupapa / Programmes Coordinator

Kate is our Kairuruku Kaupapa Programmes Coordinator. In this role, she assists the operations team in programmes delivery, logistics, and communications with our members and advisory groups.

Kate joins us from Wellington City Council, where she worked as a Duty Manager at the Wellington Regional Aquatic Centre. In this role, she developed strong frontline operational experience, alongside team leadership capability and a focus on delivering safe, well-run aquatic environments.

Kate has dabbled in various team sports over the years; from netball and water polo to dragon boating and handball, and grew up an active member of Taylors Mistake Surf Life Saving Club before moving to Wellington in 2018. She enjoys crafts of all forms and has been making the most of any outdoor space in her flat to garden.
