Rosalie Reiri

Rosalie Reiri is a Senior Māori Advisor, educator, and coach with more than 15 years of experience across Māori medium education, workforce development, and national system reform. She specialises in embedding Te Tiriti o Waitangi into governance, strategy, and practice to help achieve equitable outcomes for Māori.

Rosalie has contributed to national qualification development, including wānanga supporting the redevelopment of Te Ao Tūroa / Outdoor Recreation qualifications. Grounded in kaupapa Māori, these qualifications elevate mātauranga Māori, sustainability, and strong connections between people and te taiao. She advocates for their uptake across the recreation sector, recognising them as practical, accessible, and ready to implement.

With extensive governance experience, Rosalie brings a people-centred, values-driven approach that prioritises manaakitanga, transparency, and community voice.

She is a proud māmā of two daughters and nanny to her moko, who inspires her commitment to future-focused, culturally grounded systems.
